  • We ship all orders via USPS, Processing time is 5-7 business days for regular products and 7-10 business days for wholesale. Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping confirmation and tracking information are available via email when order has been shipped.

  • We require signature for ALL orders over $400.

  • We DO NOT operate on weekends. Any orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed first thing the following Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. 

  • Please keep in mind that holidays does not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.


  • We are NOT responsible for any fees associated with your shipment upon delivery i.e custom fees, taxes etc


Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no returns on purchases, Exchanges are ONLY accepted when you have received the wrong items.

Due to health regulations, we will only accept product that has not been altered and is in its original condition (i.e has not been open nor used). Contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise, You will be responsible for shipping cost. Upon return please use USPS with a tracking number.


Once your item has been received you will receive an email. After exchange has been inspected we will notify you if your purchased item has been accepted or denied.

All cosmetic orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance taking every single product through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible.

It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied!


  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

  • All packages comes with a tracking number. USPS updates their system each time they lay hands on your package.

  • If you will not be home on the expected delivery time , you can request to have your package held at your local USPS or Walgreens.

  • A claim can also be filed with USPS if they have lost your package and you'll be reimbursed . You can do this by typing in "USPS File a Claim" in your browser and follow the instructions
